Saturday Photo Scavenger Hunt:  Time

Me, about four years old. Time marches on.

"The irresistible, inevitable onward march of moments and years without the possibility of one instant's pause--a march that even while on the uphill side of life is leading to the downhill side--casts an autumn-like shadow. . ."
--Frances R. Havergal

This was a great picture. Photographers must have been taught to use the phone as a prop back then, or even now. I have one at age 3 with a phone and several of my daughter.
This theme and "growth" could have very similar pictures.
Thanks for the visit.

Darling photo! Perfect for the theme of time! Funny thing, one day my kids said, "you mean you used to be tethered to the wall when you talked on the phone"! :) Got to love how time marches on, like you said!

Very nice, nostalgic photo and I love the quote. When precisely do we know when we are on the downside, though? *chuckle*

Come see my photo, if you have a chance! God bless!
