What I Believe
QUOTE OF THE WEEK
Not to give God our spirit(ual worship) is a great sin.  It is a mockery of God, not worship, contempt, not adoration, whatever our outward fervency or protestations may be.  Every alienation of our hearts from Him is a real scorn put upon Him.  The acts of the soul are real, and more the acts of the man than the acts of the body; because they are the acts of the choicest part of man, and of that which is the first spring of all bodily motions; it is the internal speech whereby we must speak to God.  To give Him, therefore, only an external form of worship without the life of it, is taking His name in vain.

Please Bear with Me

I've been sitting here for hours working on my sidebar, busily alphabetizing and adding links like a house-a-fire.  I got all the way through the r's and decided I'd log out and see what it looks like.

Sigh. . .

Doesn't look too good.  I think I'll start over, but not tonight.  Bear with me.  It'll take a while for me to figure out how to do it in a way that looks better and is easier to navigate.  But right now my eyes are burning and my seat is getting numb.

 See you tomorrow!

Kim,

Hey don't sweat it, we know how much work it is to get everything straight. It's frustrating I know. Keep up the good work and may He give you strength and peace about getting it done.

Y.B.I.C,

Dave.

Oh, my... I love fiddling with code, but I know not everyone does... And I know my family doesn't like it when I get into it :D

My personal opinion (I'm giving it even without being asked *grin*) is that right alignment on the left column makes it a bit difficult to read - especially those items that reach two or more lines. And... Your css-file could do some fiddling, when it comes to spaces between lines. That would bring in some clarity.

But all in all, I too think it looks good. It's just lacking some practicality - but who needs that? :D

Hang in there, friend! Ask for help if you need it (though I'll be busy today and tomorrow with Miss 10's birthday things and then on Monday Lorna comes over and... sigh. But if you need me, I'll find some space for you :) End of the novel.

It's starting to come along now. What do you think of the sidebar now, Eija? Any better?

Happy Birthday, Miss 10!
