What I Believe
QUOTE OF THE WEEK

Compare yourself with those who on the Lord’s Day hear nothing except the dismal sound of the world. What a privilege it is for you to hear the proclamation of the gospel!
Bakker, Frans.

In 15 Words or Less

Cheating

Tipped vertical,
tilted horizontal;
the slip of sand constrained?

Fool!

You cannot trammel time.

In 15 Words or Less is the brain child of Laura Salas.  Each Thursday morning, she posts a photo prompt and lets us 'have at it.'  Write a poem with just 15 words or less (or in my case, in 15 words or less and 5 MINUTES or less!) and post it on your blog and make sure Laura has your link.  If you prefer, leave your poem in the comments of the post.  It's fun.  You should try it!

(I've been wanting to use the word trammel in a poem!)

I like these- Sand is sand, wherever it sits it is a monument to time. It is the last stop before the shells and rocks go back to their original elements- just a matter of time.
