Compare yourself with those who on the Lord’s Day hear nothing except the dismal sound of the world. What a privilege it is for you to hear the proclamation of the gospel!

Fifteen years gone by in a blurr of energy, laughter, and joy! You bring so much life and fun to our family! Happy 15th birthday, Sam! Next birthday we'll have a picture of you driving!
That was taken in the driveway in Kentucky the summer he was 4--he had just learned to ride the blue bike and spent all his time zipping around the driveway.
The broken arm episode was 2nd grade in Pennsylvania. I'll never forget him begging the doctors and nurses--"I want my Aunt Kathy--she's the best nurse and she doesn't make it hurt! I can wait, I promise!" (2nd graders don't understand 7 1/2 hour drives from Ohio to PA, but they do certainly remember who can "make it all better."
Thanks for being such a wonderful aunt! (and sister!!)

Cute picture! Give Sam our birthday greetings! I can't believe he's 15!
Great picture! (Much shorter then! haha!) How close was this to the broken arm episode? Give Sam a big birthday hug! Aunt Kathy
