QUOTE OF THE WEEK

Compare yourself with those who on the Lord’s Day hear nothing except the dismal sound of the world. What a privilege it is for you to hear the proclamation of the gospel!

The Clean Hair Klingon

Ivy loves clean, freshly shampooed hair. She loves to rub her whole body against clean, wet hair and get the scent all over herself. Doesn't she look happy?

What a silly dog!

Of all God's creatures, it sometimes seems that dogs get the most joy out of the smallest things.

Okay, one question. How did you get the boy to actually shampoo? ;)

Yes, it does seemt hat dogs get a lot of joy out of the smallest things. I think that's one of the things that we like about them. It takes so little to make them happy. . .

Goofy is an adjective we use frequently when talking about the dogs. . .

Oh, we go through gallons of shampoo. :) Sometimes I think they must drink it!

What happens when you go to use the shampoo on the dogs? I can just see you rubbing your face in their freshly washed fur. ;-)

I just love dogs!

I hate to admit it, Carol, but I do rub my nose against their fur sometimes. It feels like blanket silk.

Dogs are a crack-up,almost as funny as kids!

Thanks for the encouragement on the quilting class. My hope is that the ladies who are making their quilts can understand my directions--it has been a little harder than I thought to relay that information through pictures!

Have a nice day!
