This doesn't count the first armfull that Tom already took outside to throw away.
Of all our many, many strings of lights only one strand of thirty-five lights works. That includes all of the lights that are woven in and around decorative items like my wooden Christmas tree.
Duds; all duds!

Of 20 strings of lights I have five decent sets. I tossed all the rest, filling our big kitchen garbage can a third of the way. After much prayer I found that the tree lights as well as two extra long strands of white and my two sets of icicle lights all worked. Praise the Lord! I have just enough to put the lights where they need to be.
