Pule. Now there's a word I've never heard. But I think I can relate:
pule \PYOOL\, intransitive verb:
To whimper; to whine.
Still no computer. It's "broke real good" as one of my kids once said when he was just a little guy. I'll try not to pule.
I won't promise not to pule.

never heard of it either . . . but it is a good one.
I admire you for trying not to pule about your "broke real good" computer. :)
Well, Kim, you're not the only one puling over your computer woes. I'm missing your insights, observations and photographs. I can't wait to have you back!
XO,
Jill
Ooh, that's so not good! Maybe you could write to Santa and ask for a new computer..?
Well, I'm back in business, but I have a lot of re-installing of programs and searching for passwords, etc. to do, so I'll probably still be pretty scarce for a day or two.
The whole computer needed to be re-built, but thankfully all my old information is still here--sort of. It's residing on a new external hard drive, so it may take me a day or two to get everything back to the way it was before the crash.
Thanks for the kind words, Jill and Amanda. And Eija, Santa made an early delivery. This IS my Christmas present, or at least one of them! : D
