What I Believe
QUOTE OF THE WEEK

Compare yourself with those who on the Lord’s Day hear nothing except the dismal sound of the world. What a privilege it is for you to hear the proclamation of the gospel!

Giving Thanks in November

It was dark by 5 o' clock this evening.

We took the dogs for our  "after supper" walk in the dark.  It was cold and windy and I wished I had my gloves on.

As we approached our home, I noticed that "every.light.in.the.house!!!" was on, as usual.   Most of the time I see that and think about the wasted electricity, but tonight it looked warm and inviting and I was thankful for the light spilling out as we opened the door.

I'm thankful for our cozy little house.

I love coming home to all the lights on - it does feel SO cozy.

That really is one of the most welcoming sights, a house all lit up! Blessings...

This is a great to remind us to be thankful for the light.

We tend to forget to be thankful for so much.

Thank YOU.
