What I Believe
QUOTE OF THE WEEK

Compare yourself with those who on the Lord’s Day hear nothing except the dismal sound of the world. What a privilege it is for you to hear the proclamation of the gospel!

More Leaf Art

THE FLAME OF HIS PRESENCE

A bush that burned though unconsumed

Once caught the eye of Moses;

And so the flame that in us burns

Affects each one who knows us.

As Christians we should stand apart,

Because we live like Jesus;

Because we shine with holy light

For every one that sees us.

No less impressive than the bush

In desert life and story,---

The ministers of God who preach

His presence and His glory.

Rev. Lawrence Keister

The Shining Pathway

Maybe this one's my favorite. At least until tomorrow.

I love this one, too! It's so simple, yet the lighter area just seems emanate from an internal source of light. It's totally unedited, too (other than cropping). You see that same leaf in my banner, only I placed it 'wrong side up' in the banner because of the beautiful pinkish color and the dark veins. I liked the way it played against the greens of the other leaves.
