The grass is bejeweled with sparkling shards of icy frost, glittering in the glow of the lamp post.
I could see my breath on the porch.
I could hear the leaves raining down and clattering in the gutters.
I'm glad I had my slippers on when I stepped out onto the front porch.
It's cold.

Your (Note To Self) is exactly the same as what my note my myself this morning would be (only you wrote it much better.) :) It is cold, cold, cold...and SNOWY. Boo! I want my beautiful fall back.

Now I'm waiting for Indian Summer! Winter IS coming- but it's not here yet! I'm following the Church calendar- All Saint's day is this week!

My sister in law wrote from Philly that they had snow!! I told her she better move back up North to get some warmer weather :)
