Kim, your letters are so pretty. How big are they and what do you do with the collection?

XO

Hi Jill! The size varies from letter to letter. If I need to have a larger square in the corner for a more detailed drawing, they tend to be larger--the biggest one so far was 5 x 6 inches. All the originals sit in a file in my file cabinet, except the current letter, which I display on a small easel.

I am going to put all the letters together in a book for Elliott when the entire alphabet is finished, but rather than use the originals, I will print the scans for the book--they are all saved with the longest side measuring 500 ppi, so they will be fairly uniform. The originals will go to Elliott someday, maybe when he graduates from high school.

: D Yes, God is very good! So glad that you are better now!

The bottom of that L reminds me of a pick-axe!

Ha! It did me, too! **grin**

So, you're feeling lucky this week, then! :)

Those letters are beautiful, and I love that you're going to put them all into a book for Elliott when you finish the alphabet! It will be a family treasure. You should mount and frame the others, perhaps in groups. I see them in long frames ... what a wonderful addition to any nursery that would be! Or, in fact, any room!

Don't forget to use archive paper and UV protective glass!

Lovely post.
We had great times during our residence to Florida (you will see more photos in future). But my home is at Greece and we have different culture. Better or worst, i don't know. But it's the way i've learned to live. But i sure miss my friends there.
