Note to Self: First Freeze

Temperature 26 degrees this morning.  I forgot to bring in my plants from the front porch last night.  So far, they don't seem to have been harmed.

Now the big question is:  Where in the world am I going to find room for my HUGE asparagus fern in this little house?

I know - put it wherever you would put your Christmas tree, and then put lights on it!! :)

I like that suggestion! Or you could cut it back and make an outdoor wreath with the clippings. That way the new growth from being wintered over inside would add a little extra" green" without taking up too much space.
