The Eyes Have It!

Today's iHeartFaces challenge is going to be fun!  The theme for this week is "The Eyes Have It."  You can find all the instructions and rules here.

This is the first week that we can include pictures of our pets, too, and I have just the ticket to cover both the eyes and the pets themes!

I've always loved this picture of Eve.  It's a view I see frequently--Eve's "love eyes" from a nose to nose perspective.  This picture was taken in 2006 and her muzzle is much whiter now and her eyes are cloudy with cataracts, but she's still the sweet old girl who loves to get right in your face!

I'd love to see Eve's mug in place of that question mark!  The winner of the pet category will get to have his/her pet's picture on the banner. Don't you think Eve would look cute there?

You can find more pet pictures here.

I love Eve's love eyes! The light may dim in her eyes at she ages gracefully, but never in her heart! That's so true. She just gets sweeter and sweeter, more gentle and more loving with each passing year

Eve has very soulful eyes. What kind of dog is she?

She's a Vizsla. You can see 'real' pictures of what she looks like by clicking the "Eve" tab on the bottom of the post.

Wow. What a wonderful doggie picture. For me the nose is really the most important part of a doggie but here one can see how important the eyes are too!
Thank you for this lovely shot!
