Loved it!

Oh, I loved the Harry Potter Exhibition! So many wonderful pieces of memorabilia!!
My favorites? The wands. I especially liked Slughorn's, McGonagall's, and Umbridge's. Oh, and Voldemorts's wand. And I really loved all the genuinely hand lettered pieces--the Marauder's Map, Ron's Howler, and Harry's letter from Hogwarts, addressed to 'the cupboard under the stairs.' Beautiful calligraphy! The costumes were amazing. My favorite was Harry's costume from his encounter with Voldemort in The Sorcerer's Stone. A little red sweater and some khaki pants. All in all, my only complaint is that the exhibition was too small! I was a little disappointed in the number of pieces. It took only an hour to go through and believe me, we lingered!
We brought home a couple of things from the Harry Potter store--a Sorting Hat magnet for the fridge and coffee mugs for Tom and me with the ensignias of the four houses. Sam got a tee shirt.
If you get the chance to go, GO! It's definitely worth it!

I'd love to hear your thoughts on the anti-Harry Potter sentiment held by some Christians.
