The way in which Elliott is NOT like his father. . .

. . . or his uncles, or any other little one I have ever known: he learned to say 'yes' before he learned to say 'no.'
That's not to say he never communicates 'no'--he makes his wishes known with a determined shake of his head.
I wish you could hear him say it. It's so cute.
Oh, and he calls me "Ga"

He says Yes? That is amazing! That is good, right, Ga?!
How about when we ask him "do you want to go to grandma's?" and he nods, claps and says "yes!"

It's easy to see why you're having such a blast with that sweet boy. Looks like he's doing a man's work already, chopping down trees.
