Company's coming!

My mom is coming today for a week-long visit!  I am SO looking forward to spending some special time with my mom.  I've got a few things planned, but mostly I'm just looking forward to catching up over coffee, cooking together, laughing,  taking walks, and enjoying being together.

That is so great, Kim! I love to hear about adult children including their parents in their lives. I lost my father while I was a teenager and my mom became such a close member of our nuclear family, that my sons had the joy of growing up under her tutelage as well as mine! I wish we had had more years to enjoy her.

I love spending time with my mom. She lives in the next town over, so I see her pretty frequently.
