A Visiting Flock
![Date Date](/universal/images/transparent.png)
I noticed a flock of birds gathered in the top of a dead tree that I can see from our house. Couldn't tell for sure what kind they were, but I could tell they were all the same kind. I ran in for my camera and zoomed in:
Cedar Waxwings--one of my favorite birds!

How beautiful!! I had one in the tree just outside my window at work a few weeks ago.... (Sigh!) They are such gorgeous birds!
I love when birds come to visit with a crowd of family. Robins do that mid-January every year and I look for them- watch for them- as I would for any annual visitor. Thanks for sharing your picture- I love Cedar Waxwings- they are such classy birds.
