Compare yourself with those who on the Lord’s Day hear nothing except the dismal sound of the world. What a privilege it is for you to hear the proclamation of the gospel!

Bakker, Frans.
We all wore green here. To answer your questions about kids and green... mine wore green. I don't know if they still do that or not but I would feel like such a horrible mother if they came home bruised and saying they had been pinched... I couldn't bear the thought. I took NO chances. :-)
My husband even got into the spirit of things (somewhat). My daughter was telling him he needed to wear green. He put one of her green pony tail holders on his belt and called it good. (I don't know if that counts but she LOVED it that he wore that all day... for her.) Ok, guess in that case I'll let it count.

I love the socks!
It's not exactly Kelly green, but it'll do.
I am wearing a green shirt today, and I am fixing corned beef and cabbage tomorrow!
Hi Sare,
Did Paula and Amy wear green to school today? Do kids even do that anymore? We always had to wear green or risk getting pinched.
I sure am, a greenish sweater keeping me warm on this rainy day!
