Bleu Cheese Ball
Two 4 ounce containers crumbled bleu cheese
Two packages cream cheese, softened
2 oz. dried, minced onion (soak in cold water for 10 minutes and drain thoroughly)
Dash worchestershire sauce.
Mix together and form into two or three balls. Roll in finely chopped pecans. Serve with crackers.
This starts out as a very mild bleu cheese ball, but the bleu cheese flaver strengthens as it sits. We like it both ways--mild and strong. Make one to eat right away, one to eat later, and one to give to a friend or take to a party.
Someday I'm going to try making it with gorganzola.
