Six impossible things before breakfast

Six impossible things before breakfast:
A virgin gave birth to a son.
Luke 1: 30 And the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. 31 And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall call his name Jesus. 32 He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. And the Lord God will give to him the throne of his father David, 33 and he will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of his kingdom there will be no end.”
The blind received sight, the deaf hearing, the lame walked, the hungry were fed with scraps and were full.
Luke 7: 22 And he answered them, “Go and tell John what you have seen and heard: the blind receive their sight, the lame walk, lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, the poor have good news preached to them.
He answered not a word.
Mark 15:4 And Pilate again asked him, “Have you no answer to make? See how many charges they bring against you.” 5 But Jesus made no further answer, so that Pilate was amazed.
For the joy that was set before Him He endured the cross.
Hebrews 12:2 looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.
He rose from the dead.
Matthew 28:6 He is not here, for he has risen, as he said.
He ascended into Heaven.Acts 1:11 and said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into heaven? This Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will come in the same way as you saw him go into heaven.”

My dear, dear friend, MissM, says I'm cheating. I beg to differ.
I stand by my statement; without God, not only are all those things impossible, it would be impossible for us to believe them if God had not, in His infinite mercy and grace, opened our spiritual eyes and ears to see the beauty of Christ and His Gospel and the hope of our calling.

Wow...those are all great impossible things made possible by our great God! thanks for sharing those, Kim.
I was waiting in anticipation for your response. Awesome!
Thanks; I needed that today.
Ah! You're cheating. We all know those things aren't impossible!
;)
Love this! It should be a daily meme, whether blogged or not, to exalt the name of Christ and the power of God--all before breakfast.
Thanks, Kim.
Excellent!!!
;)
I do know what you mean, dear Kim. But now that we know God is true and good and just and forgiving it is impossible for us not to believe these things.
Touche'
And Amen. Yes, we are coming at this from different perspectives. : )
I think that the total change of one's mind--one's thought processes--is every bit as amazing as the total change of one's heart at conversion. Maybe more so because the human heart is made to be entreated, but the mind is made to think and ponder based on experience and logic. Those five senses come into play. That the Spirit of God changes us in an instant--our hearts, our minds, our wills--is overwhelming evidence to me that 'with God, all things are possible!'
