A Word to the Wise

If ever you should be about 10 minutes into a 20 minute walk on the treadmill and you should begin to mentally reorganize the rooms in your basement, imagining all the wonderful space you could find if you simply moved things around; and if ever you should decide the space behind the treadmill is as unorganized and jumbled as the space in front, and begin to wonder how much space could be reclaimed behind you, DON'T PEEK AROUND WHILE YOU ARE WALKING!
You may think only your head is turning but you might find yourself skipping to stay upright and moving forward.

oops!
Ha! I've done that when I've tried to change a cd while walking. Not a good thing for me to attempt. Glad you didn't go flying!
Lol! Oh dear!
giggle...my own tip would be that if you're reading a really good book, remember not to get so engrossed that you inadvertently slow down or speed up your pace, or even just stop because the treadmill is so not reading the same book you are and makes no such allowances for bibliophiles.
ha! hee hee! I know exactly what you are talking about!
Ha! That's like trying to adjust your cycling shorts while you're cruising down a road at 15 mph. . .NOT a good idea.
