Recipe: Easy BBQ Beef Sandwich

When we were in Ohio last weekend, my mother-in-law served these scrumptious sandwiches--and they couldn't be easier!  I've got mine in the crock pot for tonight's supper and I can't begin to tell you how good it smells in this house!  You really need to try this super, couldn't-be-easier recipe!

Easy BBQ Beef Sandwiches

Cook in crock pot on low for 8 - 10 hours:

3 lb. rump roast

1 jar DelMonte Chili Sauce

1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup mix

1 can cola

Shred and serve over buns.

What could be easier?  Not sure how many it serves, but I'm guessing about 2 dozen.

Oooh! This looks like a keeper! I will try this at my earliest possible convenience...like before the week is over. Thanks, Kim.

It could be a lot easier if you could just pass me one of those sandwiches through the computer screen please....
